Welcome to the startpage of ETUCO FirstClass Online Training (FOT). This is the place if you want to start using FirstClass or have questions or want to learn more about FirstClass.

FirstClass is a conferencing system developed by Centrinity in Canada and can be used in two different ways:

  1. either through the client software which can be downloaded in various languages. With the client you can use all functions of FirstClass.
  2. or through the web-browser (often Internet Explorer or Netscape). With the web-browser you have the most important functions but FirstClass is a little bit slower than with the client.
Your choice! No matter what you choose, you see the same FirstClass but through different softwares.

With the list-box on top of this page and all other pages you can navigate to the different sections in FOT:
FirstClass client training: FirstClass from the beginning- how to configure the client, log in, send and answer messages, change password, history, résumé etc.

FirstClass web-browser training: basics about how to use FirstClass through the web-browser (often Internet explorer or Netscape): log in, desktop, read and send messages, preferences.

Ask FirstClassquestions: through a form you can ask questions and get answers from the ETUCO support team by telephone or by e-mail

Try the FirstClass self test: answer 4 easy (?) FirstClass questions and get them corrected at once.
